How it works

From nothing to a notified parent, in about ten minutes.

No training, no onboarding call, no data migration. Here is genuinely all of it.

  1. 01

    Create your institute

Your name, your city, your number, a password. Two minutes, no card. You are the admin.

One institute can have as many teachers and batches as you need.

  2. 02

    Add a batch

What you actually teach — "Class 10 Mathematics", Mon/Wed/Fri, 4 to 6. It shows up on the days it meets.

Assign one teacher or several. A batch can be co-taught.

  3. 03

    Enroll students

A name and one guardian phone number is the minimum. Add a second guardian if there is one, and the fee amount if you charge monthly.

A number that already exists is linked, not duplicated — that is how one parent ends up with two children on one login.

  4. 04

    Share one link

Copy the join link and paste it into the parents’ WhatsApp group you already run. We write the message for you.

Only phone numbers already on your roster can use it. Anyone else is refused at the door.

  5. 05

    Mark attendance

Open the batch on your phone. Everyone starts present — tap the ones who are absent, submit.

The submit button tells you how many parents will be notified before you press it.

  6. 06

    The parent finds out

Within a minute. On WhatsApp if they have no app, as a push notification if they do.

This is the whole product. Everything else supports this moment.

Roles

Who sees what

Enforced in the database, not by hiding a menu item. A teacher cannot reach another teacher's batch even if they go looking.

Fees

The chasing, done for you

Set the amount and the interval once, when you enroll the student. After that it runs itself until you record a payment.

3 days before
Advance notice

“The fee of ₹1,200 for Aarav is due on 1 September.”

Due today

Same facts, present tense. Sent after 7am, never before.

Final reminder

The parent is messaged and you are told in the panel. The ladder ends here.

Final
The moment you tap Mark as Paid

Every pending reminder is cancelled and the payment is written to a record the parent can see.

It never continues past seven days. Chasing beyond that is a human conversation, and an app that messages a family every day is one you would stop using.

Try it with one batch this week.

Pick your smallest batch, add the students, share the link in the group. If the parents don't react, you have lost twenty minutes.
